Design and Prototyping

Much of the work we do begins in this phase of the process. Even if a customer brings a product that has been designed, either internally or by another company, we also review the design to ensure the customer is getting the quality they expect, the best suited materials and for the best possible price.

Commercial Sewing and Contract Sewing

This is the heart of our operation. We manufacture products that will fit in the palm of your hand to products that weight in at over 2,000 lbs.  The products we manufacturer range in fabrics from state of art technical fabrics to basic cottons and everything in between.  If you have any questions about our capabilities please call.

The one set of products that we do not sew is apparel. 

Fulfillment and Distribution

We offer this service to our manufacturing customers. Some of our customers want to focus on managing their brand and therefore need relief from daily or weekly shipping requirements. 

Pattern Making

This is a service we reserve for our manufacturing customers. We do not provide patterns for our customers unless they are specifically requested and an additional fee is agreed to.  Generally this is not available from manufacturers but in our case this is something we do as part of the design process to ensure the final product will met your expectations.

Material and Fabric Sourcing

This is a service we reserve for our manufacturing customers. We do not release our supplier  information to our customers unless they are specifically requested and an additional fee is agreed to.  Generally this is not available from manufacturers but with our years of experience and a large and diverse supplier list we can quickly find the right materials to meet your needs.

Tagging and Shelf Ready Packaging

We can also prepare your product for the shelf or shipping and many times this includes applying hang tags, price tags, and bagging. 

We have also done some light assembly for products that we have sewn.

Third Party Services

In addition to production facilities that we have in-house we have strong relationships with some third party vendors that can provide the following services as part of our manufacturing process

• Embroidery

• Silk screening

• Printed labels, woven labels, plastic labels

• CNC routier cutting (for plastic inserts)

• Vinyl lettering

• Fabric lamination

• Fabric printing
